You can find link collections everywhere. The links that I'll mention here is my best picks. Once in a while I will export all my motorcycle links from my browser. They are not well organized and there are probably at least a few dead links, but the link to them is here.
I know the list below is lacking behind but in the meantime you can also find a lot of my scooter links here and spread arround on the other pages.

Leonardo-Freunde-Hamburg [D] They are off the air so the links goes to Reinhold Meißner's site where you can the LFH info (meetings, tours etc.) They have an online forum for leo discussion (Mostly in German). |
![]() |
Leonardo Club Italia [I] Probably the best place on the net for information if you can read it. They also sell a few things with a discount. Actually a lot of things from exhausts to clothing and stickers. They also have an online forum for leo discussion. |
![]() |
Yahoo Groups - Aprilia Leonardo [US] While Leonardo-Freunde-Hamburg was off the air I opened this virtual club on yahoo. It includes a forum as well as a picture gallery and everything else that Yahoo's trows in. Yahoo has transferred the Clubs to their Groups Its the only place I know where English is the language for Leonardo discussions and has ~150 members, but the archives are available to all. |

Yahoo Groups - Aprilia Scarabero [US] The Leonardo and the Scarabero shares the same engine. So many issues is relevant for both scooters. The Scarabero group has ~700 members. |

Reinhold Meißner [D] He is one of the people behind Leo-Freunde-Hamburg and the author of the Leo-Yourself booklets (One for the 125/150 and one for the 250. He used to ride a 125ccm leo but has upgraded to a 250ccm. The site has lots ans lots of useful information. |
| 180ccm | Bernd Hermann Wicharz [D] He has fitted the 180ccm Malossi kit to his 125ccm and has taken a lot of pictures along the way. |

Doc & Leo [J] OFFLINE Yuichi Kudo alias "Doc" has a 250 leo and some nice pages - but since they are in Japanese, I can't understand that much of it without the use of Babel... But over the first 20000km he has averaged 25 km/l. |
![]() |
Jun's Room [J] OFFLINE Again a Japanese site, so I can't understand that much of it. Yasushi Ono (Jun) has a 125ccm leo and has taken a lot of photo's of it. There is also a description of how to change the "old" headlight to use H4 lamps as the newer leo's. But the most interesting part is his test of the Malossi Multivar 2000, including how to mount a Daytona tacho, to see the range the motor was working in and his experience with a Malossi big-bore kit. |
![]() |
Hiroshi Akimoto [J] A third Japanese site. He has a 250 and fitted a supertrap exhaust. The exhaust is made for a Yamaha Majesty (Which has basically the same engine) so it had to be modified to fit the Leonardo. He has also lowered the seat height by moving the lower position of the rear shock absorbers with some home made brackets. The brackets are available in japan for 10000yen (~100 Euro). |

Kira Zaiceva is from Belarus and only part of the pages are in english - but as allways enjoy the pictures or you can try Babel |
![]() |
A page for scooters >50ccm [DK] Jan Steen Sørensen rides an Aprilia SR125 and we are a few riders that discuss scooters in Danish |
![]() |
Aprilia Scarabero [US] The Scarabero 125/150 and 200 has basically the same engine Rotax angine as the Leonardo, so many issues may be the same |

Leo! - Aprilia Leonardo 125 - by Stefan Juon [D] He doesn't update it anymore (Last updated on 1/1-2000) but still worth a visit if you have'nt seen it already. |

Hovedstadens Scootercenter, Herlev [DK] Official Aprilia dealer and have serviced my leo from 6000km to 18000km. I've also bought accessories like locks, windscreen etc. from them. Looks like they have moved to Stenløse and it now just called Scootercenter - Stenløse |
|
Søborg MC, [DK] Official Aprilia dealer. My Leonardo was bought from them by its previous owner, and they did the 1000km service for me. I have decided to let them service my leo again (Starting with the 24000km service). They are also closer to my place of work (I can walk from there when the leo is serviced). |

Scooter Center Köln [D] I first got their catalogue in spring of 1999, and ordered a Braking front disc from them. Since then I've also bought some brake pads and a Betella vario from them (That I got replaced on warranty). If they have the items in stock the are very fast to get it posted |

ZMG Motorsport [D] There have both original Aprilia spart parts and other performance parts (I.e. from Malossi). The also advertise their "fast mail order" delivery of parts. On 2/5-2000 I ordered a Giannelli exhaust from them along with some other things. The did not have all the items in stock so on 17/5 I told them just to ship the exhaust and it arrived here on 22/5. The do not accept credit cards, so I paid by COD (Cash On Delivery). |

Rollershop Express [D] German mail order company. For the leo they stock Polini rollers (8,4g 9,0g 9,5g and 10,2g) and Bitubo shock absorbers as well as some windscreens (bought both), and they have more coming. I have had some problems with their webshop, but their customer support is excellent. (They used to call themselves RollerShop2000 and RollerShop24 but have decided to change the name again ...) |

Hester Motorsport [D] They sponsor some scooter racers and sell many of the main brands like Hebo, Polini, Malossi, Braking, Leo Vinci and Bitubo. Their slogan is "Wir fahren, was wir verkaufen !" (We ride, what we sell !).They have an online shop. and are often listed in magazines as the place to get performance parts. |

Scooter-Attack [D] Spare and Accessory Parts, Tuning and Dynotesting, Saarbrücken, Germany (They asked for the link so here it is. I have not bought anything from them yet, but they have been most helpfull on my questions) |

Detlev Louis [D] A german mail order company (they have shops too). I have bought a lot of different things from them in the past. I.e. Lucas brake pads, gloves and Therm'A'Rest mattresses. |

Touring Butikken [SE] A Swedish mail order company. I've only bought from 3 times, but still recommended. Compared to Louis the charge more for P&P but bye the end of the season the often have some very good offers. |

OFFLINE Henning Olsen has some info about Yamaha DT125R which is not found in the manuals. He has also an old Suzuki GSX250ESD and he almost manages to have one of them on the road at a time. I've tried to influence him to buy a scooter but so far without luck. He has had both bikes from new and the Suzuki has done around 100.000km without opening the engine and all the horses are still home. The DT on the other hand has been renovated twice in 30000km - probably because of a faulty oil-pump (The picture shows his favorite way of parking - in deep mud) |
